'Products great, delivery 50/50'
I was able to order everything I needed. The chairs arrived and the delivery man made sure I was in. When the tables arrived - despite getting a phone call from Just For Schools to make sure I would be in - the delivery man just left them leaning on the gate, he didn't knock pin the door to make sure I was home. Lucky I saw him putting them there before driving off....

Packed well. Good product and very stylish, also very comfortable. Only issue I had was that the body weight tilt tensioner did not work. The plastic adjuster has a screw thread fitting which did not go through the collar far enough so I had to cut the extra thread to allow it to operate.

'Very quick service'
Amazingly quick service, we haven't yet built the furniture but appears to be solid and well made.
The delivery service wasn't great as they had no pallets available and we had to help handball this off the truck which in an all female workplace wasn't ideal.

Only disappointment is that the supplied allen key is too small for the fixings supplied

'Reasonable Product / Very Good Service'
The chair arrived a day later than the 7 business day commitment, but the Office Furniture Direct people I spoke to about this were extremely polite, prompt and professional.
The chair was assembled on arrival (for which I paid a reasonable amount) but it would have been helpful to have instructions on how to put it into a recline position. I found this out by searching on the internet.
Note that the chair isn't as wide as you might expect, and so far as I can tell there isn't an option to refit the arms to allow more space between the arms and your hips.
After a few hours I've noticed that the seat begins to feel a little hard. I've introduced a cushion for added comfort.
