'Don't Buy This Stool Unless You Know It Will Fit You'

Not much, apparently even though this is not fit for purpose I cannot return it as it's a bespoke piece of furniture, so bespoke in fact that it just comes in a pack that you build yourself, so not really bespoke then.

We received the stool quickly and easily enough. However my husband cannot use it, instead of it being comfortable and good for his back it simply doesn't fit him! He finds the leg support insufficient and digs into his shins and also it's very painful for his back. I asked if this could be returned as it just doesn't work for him and is unusable but that was a flat no! I would not recommend buying from this company on line, you need to be able to try before you buy. My husband is 6 ft, it's not like he's disproportionately tall.

'Arrived eventually'

Delivery not to us - but to a property about 10 doors away even though I used what 3 words within my order details to help the delivery driver.

Unfortunately, the driver really struggled to find your address as many of the houses on your road do not have numbers. I have looked into this and on the POD and in the notes section on your order, I cannot see the 'what 3 words' information which would have definitely helped. I am very sorry that the driver seemingly delivered about 10 doors down from your address and left your parcel with a neighbour as although it is standard protocol, it can be quite inconvenient too.
I hope that you were able to bring your chairs to your address easily.

'Slow delivery'

No tracking information on when to expect delivery. 3 weeks since I ordered the office chair now, and still no sign of it. To be fair, Christmas intervened, so a delay of 1 week over normal delivery times would have been expected, but this is now way beyond the 3-5 days delivery they say on their website.

The Teknik Ergo Comfort Spectrum chair is specified at 5 working days delivery, which takes you to the last working day of Xmas, whereby we were closed from 22nd December until the 2nd January. All deliveries returned to normal on 2nd January and your chair was then dispatched on the 2nd, I believe that your chair was delivered on the 3rd January.

1. The office desk is very heavy and I have still not been able to get confirmation of the mass (kg). The delivery documents were poor quality black print on green paper - barely legible so the mass is nnot clear form those documents. This could be dangerous as the suitability of a floor cannot be assessed.
2. The assembly instructions are inaccurate in a couple of details.
3. The 70mm long screws are too long for the holes into which they fit. I had to go to B&Q to get suitable screws.

The weight of the desk is 43 kg and the pedestal is 36 kg. Neither of these would be considered particularly heavy for an office floor or home office.
I apologise for the ferrule screw being missing - we contacted the manufacturer Dams immediately who sent out a new fixing kit on next day delivery.

The assembly instructions that come with the desk and pedestal are the same as the ones that we have online, which have a step by step written instruction with images to assist this. Many of our customers found these instructions easy to use - but I completely understand that with a screw missing it can make a simple assembly become very difficult and frustrating.

Again, I am very sorry that you were not overly impressed with the assembly and delivery using Evri; but I hope that now your desk and pedestal are installed you are happy with the quality of the desk and overall look of your new office equipment.

Product very heavy. I wish I had gone to IKEA.
