Ok

Thank you for your review, we appreciate that buying directly from our website doesn't always require much interaction, but we are always at the end of the phone if you have any queries.

Nice chair awkward to put some of the fittings together with having mobility problems the chair was a bit low and the arms would have been better if they were straight as I have difficulties standing up.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We always advise to call us to discuss any queries and recommendations if you are unsure, as we have a huge variety of conference style chairs including straight arms and a higher seat levels as well as a pre-built service for anyone that has difficulties in building furniture. The Dams Prague chair is a very good chair at a fantastic price, but if you have specific requirements we could have helped ensure that these are met.

'Great product, so-so service'

The website suggested that delivery would be on the next working day. Even allowing for Christmas delays it was actually on about the third of fourth - ordered 25th Dec, delivered 3rd Jan. When the delivery did take place, there was little advance notification. No problems with the courier; I was slow to answer the door but he was preparing to leave the item in a safe place which has been used for previous deliveries.

long lead time which kept being put back

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that you ordered a made -to order TC book case in a maple finish which does have a long lead time of 8-10 weeks.
Although the delivery date was unfortunately changed, it was still delivered within 8-10 weeks.

'Service OK, poor packaging'

Service was OK, until the package was received, damaged. Also some parts inside were damaged too.

I have not received the cupboards and cannot make a comment at the moment because of that.

I am sure that once I receive the order, my rating will change.

Please get back to me a few days after you have delivered.

Ok

Not good quality for the price. Both desks had same design fault impacting the fitting of the drawer unit.

'Good product, very poor customer service support'

Reasonably quick delivery. Very good product with -- for the first part =- easy-to-follow instructions. The desk is sturdy, spacious, capacious and the grey is a good finish. However, when it came time to add the drawer unit...oops, no instructions. So I phone them, as they suggest. The rep told me use the pre-drilled holes to screw it in. Extremely simplistic. I asked for the actual instructions and was told she would have to ask and write it down. What? Really?! Lo and behold 36 hours later I get emailed the instructions that I knew existed and sought the day before. So it went from five-star to three rather quickly. Awful service in the end.

I'm very pleased that our customer service team were able to source you the instructions from the manufacturer and that they were emailed to you. Unfortunately, some furniture manufacturers products do not always come with instructions which can be very frustrating.

Sturdy, spacious, capacious, the grey finish is quite good.

Great desk dispatched quickly. Arrived slightly damaged. Not sure who is at fault, but we contract with Office Furniture Direct. They need to review the delivery companies they use.
