Rather an uncomfortable chair, with limited movement. Positive points are that it looks good; however, after half an hour sitting in it you need some respite! It does not give a proper supportive upright position and the range of up/down movement is very limited.
I could recommend this chair at all.
I did order 2 but only one arrived. The supplier is blaming the delivery company, but I don't believe that 2 chairs were ever set aside from the supplier. They were low on stock (it showed 3 left when I ordered), so I suspect the supplier tried to part dleiver hoping I would accept a later delivery of the second chair (about 10 days!). They were wrong - this chair is going back for a refund of both chairs. I would hesitate to use this company again, which is a shame. If they put customer service at the top of their agneda, they would find they have many more cutsomers!

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I can see that this was ordered over the Christmas break on 30th December whilst our offices were closed. This order would not have been processed until the 2nd January and dispatched shortly after.
I can see that this was put on an AM delivery for Tuesday 7th January, so you should have now been delivered, your new desk.

The worst service and delivery. The delivery person would not enter the building and I had to carry all items from the street. I don't recommend to anyone and will never use them again.

I completely understand your frustration with the kerbside delivery service which is the free standard delivery service offered, however; we do also offer installation services whereby we use a different courier team who are fully insured to do this. When ordering you are given three drop-down options of either 'Standard' - self assembly with kerb side delivery and next working day, or you could have chosen from 'Fully Installed' or 'Premium Installed' whereby everything is set up and delivered to your room of choice.
We do make these options very clear, and when our customers choose standard delivery it is usually because delivery is quite simple and they would prefer this easy and free delivery option.

'Failed to deliver'
The delivery van turned up on time. But without my item in it.

We only have one completed order for you, so I'm afraid that I do not know why you received any other notifications. I can see that we have sent you 4 emails in total:
New registration - this is to confirm your new account
Order confirmation - this confirms your order
Invoice - this is for your records and for your accounting/inventory purposes
Items despatched - this email lets you know that your order has left the warehouse and is on its way.

If you can levelling each item so that it can make easy to install and perfectly.

We do have instructions available to download on our website - but as it is quite a simple flat-packed item with many of the components the same, the instructions are a little basic relying on customers to match pre-drilled holes to the corresponding images on the instructions. I hope that you managed to complete your cupboard and found all of the fittings easy to fit.
I would advise ensuring that all components are counted and checked before construction to make the process easier.
