'Disappointed'

Courier service gave no notification for delivery..Even though I was in ,they left it in my garage which is at the bottom of a flight of steps..I'm retired and live alone and carrying it to the required place was difficult. Instructions for assembly are inadequate... Seat base damaged so will have to return

I am very sorry that the courier did not send you any tracking details and left your delivery in your garage rather than ring/ knock for you. I believe that you have been speaking to our customer services team who are looking to organise a replacement for you.
I completely understand your disappointment, although I do hope that we can turn this around for you.

'Ordered then heard nothing.'

Hello. I will say this. I ordered the office furniture. I had confirmation of the order on the same day.
Now, over a week later and I have heard nothing. No order update, no dispatch notification, nothing.
At this point I am concerned and at one point was beginning to wonder if the site was a scam.
If there is an update on this I will happily remove this feedback, but right now I am merely being honest.

I have just looked into this and as far as I can see this was delivered on time, however the despatch email was sent a little late, which I apologise for and hope that this did not cause too much worry.

The communications could of been better. When the driver turned up there was a missing piece which was the first I had heard of.

I believe from looking at your order the courier delivered the missing parts on a separate delivery.

Quality of the desks is quite good although the instructions are pretty useless as the images do not correspond to the pieces you receive. On one there was even a missing step which we managed to work out at the end.

'5 star product with 0 star customer service'

The product itself is 5 star can’t fault it sturdy solid exactly what I wanted. However customer service none, I had to chase them for confirmation and invoice, last minute delivery date just very unprofessional

'Could do Better!'

Unit supplied without doors. Noticed by Courier.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that the delivery was supplied incorrectly for you. I have spoken to customer services and the doors have been sent out straight away today.

I am very sorry that you are disappointed in the kerb side delivery that you received and I understand your frustration that we are only able to offer this service.
We do clearly state in our terms and conditions and in our confirmation emails that our delivery drivers are only able to offer kerb side delivery so as to avoid any confusion and disappointment providing complete transparency.

Poorly finished product. Deliverer wanted to leave products at front of building. Our office is on 4th floor. Persuaded to use lift but refused to take inside office.

Original item I purchased was not available. The replacement was ok, but I would have liked the desk set up to see if it worked

I'm sorry that you are unhappy with the different colour option as the colour that you after was not available for several weeks, however when purchasing we did offer you the option to wait for your preferred colour. We also offered an installation service, and although this is an extra charge to the normal self-assembly service - many of our customers do appreciate the option - but again, you did seem happy to continue with self-assembly.
