Kept us well informed of the order's progress.
HOWEVER - totally missed the fact it was self construction and having got it opened the instructions are totally intellgible.

'Reasonable desk .Dreadful instructions.'
The desks is solid and reasonable.The assembly instructions were poor -the instructions for panel 4 were dreadful-likewise for the drawer runners.Took more than 5 hours to assemble on Xmas Eve.Drawer runners and cupboard door still to be done!Frustrating and took the shine off the product!

The assembly instructions are very detailed with drawings and step by step instructions, but I can see that there are no descriptions with the images. If you could let us know how you think they could be improved, I will gladly pass this on.

I was given a 3 day delivery window when the place of delivery was not manned and so It was very difficult to ensure I was available during those days. Also on the day of delivery I was sent a text to say that he was outside the unit at 7:15am.

'Good product, poor assembly instructions'
Product arrived quickly but loose in a box with the top open. Luckily all there. Assembly instructions were very poor and generic screw and washer kit was far in excess of that needed. Actual product good once assembled!

The chair would have arrived boxed, but with minimal packaging as it is already mostly put together. We do offer a pre-built service whereby the chair is built upon arrival - but we are on the end of the phone if there are any issues and can assist with the instructions also.

'Good quality furniture, dodgy packaging!'
The lab stool was really good quality, but packaging left legs exposed and they got scratched.

'Missing screws'
Chair arrived without any screws to fix into place. Not sure if DPD's fault or Office Furniture Direct. However it took two attempts to get the screws to me. DPD admitting they lost the first lot. However Claire in customer service was very helpful.

'Desk insert works but very frail plastic makes it look cheap.'

'Good product,poor delivery'
Product was just what we wanted and the price seemed reasonable ,however damaged in transit and not noticed until unpacked. Anything like this delivered in a flimsy cardboard box needs corner protection. two screws in the underside just left sticking out

Too slow to despatch and had to phone to chase delivery date.

This was ordered late on the Bank Holiday Monday 1st May - so this would have been processed on Tuesday 2nd May. These mats have an expected delivery of 5 working days and were dispatched on 4th May and delivered very quickly after this on Friday 5th May. Expected delivery would in fact have been Wednesday 10th May.
When an item is dispatched an email is sent out to customers informing them that the delivery is on its way.

Good but a little rigid. Found hard to unroll and get to lay flat.

'Lovely chair, but packaging and delivery could have been better.'
The packaging was damaged as the delivery person had managed to get the chair over a 6ft gate, clearly not done easily. The chip looks great and was easy to put together, however there was 2 slight scratches on the frame. They are not in places you can see, but we don't know when this minor damaged happened.
