'Great product, so-so service'
The website suggested that delivery would be on the next working day. Even allowing for Christmas delays it was actually on about the third of fourth - ordered 25th Dec, delivered 3rd Jan. When the delivery did take place, there was little advance notification. No problems with the courier; I was slow to answer the door but he was preparing to leave the item in a safe place which has been used for previous deliveries.

We purchased 3 of these chairs for our reception team, they love them. They are roomy and very comfortable. They support posture well over an 8 hour day, no complaints; we are very pleased with them

Comes with easy to assemble instructions, 4 bolts, washers and 1 allen key.
10 mins assembly time and hey presto a nice looking, super adjustable office chair.

Nautilus Ergo Luxury Mesh 24 Hour Executive Chair
I'm really pleased with my new chair. I put it together myself in just a few minutes and each part felt well built and sturdy. Once I adjusted all the various adjustments to suit me, I have found the chair to be very comfortable. the wheels are also quiet, which highlighted to me how noisy my old chair wheels were. very happy and would definitely recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I can see that this was ordered over the Christmas break on 30th December whilst our offices were closed. This order would not have been processed until the 2nd January and dispatched shortly after.
I can see that this was put on an AM delivery for Tuesday 7th January, so you should have now been delivered, your new desk.

Absolutely brilliant service. Promised next day delivery and it arrived less than 24 hours after the order was placed. Kieron delivered and was very helpful making sure we were happy with everything before he drove off. Very happy with that level of service.
The desk was very easy to put together. It took 2 pensioners with joint issues less than an hour to assemble. I am extremely happy with this purchase and have no problems recommending this company.
