'Comfy chairs, easy to purchase, excellent service.'
For some reason, although I ordered two, I got them as separate deliveries on the same day and one to a neighbour. But other than that the service from Office Furniture Direct was perfect.
I particularly liked being able to download the brochure so that I could quickly see the specs for the range of chairs and quickly hone in on what I wanted.

Excellent chairs, very comfortable to sit on for a length of time. I chose this because of the mesh back, longer seat, and because it lifts higher than many. Perfect for taller people.

Table purchased as a replacement for one that had been broken. Exactly the same as one purchased some time ago. Have been delighted with the product which has lasted quite a few years. Good service and delivery from Office Furniture Direct and in the time promised. Good company. Excellent!

Nautilus Westminster Leather Faced Executive Chair
This chair was on offer saving £30, and to be fair I was pleasantly surprised by the quality bearing in mind the overall price.
Delivery was several days despite ordering just before the new year, it was well boxed and packaged when opening.
Assembly instructions were really basic with a picture sheet explaining each stage with coded letters with each of the screws etc. The bolts etc came in a blister pack which included a spare of each which I thought was a nice touch.
What the instructions failed to tell you was to assemble all the screws loosely before finally tightening to ensure you have located all the necessary nuts, something I was aware of with building similar chairs beforehand.
Assembly was very straightforward knowing this, and overall I am well pleased with the chair.
Really good value for the price.

'Great product, so-so service'
The website suggested that delivery would be on the next working day. Even allowing for Christmas delays it was actually on about the third of fourth - ordered 25th Dec, delivered 3rd Jan. When the delivery did take place, there was little advance notification. No problems with the courier; I was slow to answer the door but he was preparing to leave the item in a safe place which has been used for previous deliveries.
