'All day comfort'
Excellent efficient service from ordering to delivery. Goods arrived in excellent condition, in this case the chair was the most comfortable I have had in years. Can highly recommend.

The worst service and delivery. The delivery person would not enter the building and I had to carry all items from the street. I don't recommend to anyone and will never use them again.

I completely understand your frustration with the kerbside delivery service which is the free standard delivery service offered, however; we do also offer installation services whereby we use a different courier team who are fully insured to do this. When ordering you are given three drop-down options of either 'Standard' - self assembly with kerb side delivery and next working day, or you could have chosen from 'Fully Installed' or 'Premium Installed' whereby everything is set up and delivered to your room of choice.
We do make these options very clear, and when our customers choose standard delivery it is usually because delivery is quite simple and they would prefer this easy and free delivery option.

Nautilus Lipped Studded Chair Mat for Carpet - 900 x 1200mm
The chair mat was too soft and the wheels would not glide on the surface , they sunk into the mat. I will be returning the mat as soon as i can find the correct procedure.

'Great service, price & quality'
Great service. The website stated that the chair I wanted was on a backlog order but they still contacted me after I had ordered to check I was aware & if I was happy to wait or wanted to order a different chair. I was advised when it would be back in stock & received an email the day after to say it had been dispatched. Received the following day. Easy to assemble & very pleased with the quality etc.

'Slow delivery'
No tracking information on when to expect delivery. 3 weeks since I ordered the office chair now, and still no sign of it. To be fair, Christmas intervened, so a delay of 1 week over normal delivery times would have been expected, but this is now way beyond the 3-5 days delivery they say on their website.

The Teknik Ergo Comfort Spectrum chair is specified at 5 working days delivery, which takes you to the last working day of Xmas, whereby we were closed from 22nd December until the 2nd January. All deliveries returned to normal on 2nd January and your chair was then dispatched on the 2nd, I believe that your chair was delivered on the 3rd January.
