'Good Product and service.'
Item was well priced. Delivered fairly quickly.
Item itself is okay apart from the feet. As soon as you move it they just pull straight out of the frame as they are only held in by plastic.

Item is okay. Just some issues with feet. They are only held in place by plastic and come out as soon as you move the item.

'Great product, delivery needs work.'
Overall a great product. Delivery was guess work. Didn't receive any notice of when it was going to arrive. Just that I had to be in for delivery. One of the legs of one of the tables was incorrect but due to the time frame it took to get to me, I fixed that problem myself. (Just needed to be re-drilled). Overall, very happy with the products.

On our website we do say that delivery for this particular desk is within 10 working days as they are delivered straight from the manufacturer. The desk was delivered to you only 6 working days later. Our customers usually get an email or phone call before the delivery so I am not too sure why you did not - I will speak to the couriers to emphasise the importance of this. I am also very sorry that one of the legs wasn't quite right which we would have replaced, but very glad that you were able to fix the problem and that it wasn't too much trouble.

Brilliant desk, high quality and great for the price. Relatively easy to assemble (except for the drawer runners which aren't clear on the instructions). Delivery was 4 days later than expected which makes it hard to plan for someone being in, but overall very pleased

'Everything spot on'
I ordered an office table for my laptop and 2 screens. It was delivered within a couple of days. It’s exactly as advertised. Following the clear instructions it went together with no issues. The delivery was great and the team very helpful. I would not hesitate to order from here again.
