long lead time which kept being put back
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I can see that you ordered a made -to order TC book case in a maple finish which does have a long lead time of 8-10 weeks.
Although the delivery date was unfortunately changed, it was still delivered within 8-10 weeks.

Delivery was a lot quicker than expected, which is always a plus. They gave me the 3 hour window the day before and then rang to give me a 30 minutes heads up. Overall excellent service.

Gentoo Double Door Cupboard with 2 Shelves 1090 x 800 x 470mm

I bought a small double door cupboard to put all my files in. My husband was jealous and wanted one for his office so I ordered the medium size one for him. I then decided I needed another one so here it is (see pic). I love that the oak effect matches my existing desk. The shelves have plenty of options to get the heights just right for whatever you want to store and they are lockable in case you have small grandchildren like me who like to look in every cupboard! The delivery has been prompt each time, you get a 3 hour window the day before and they ring to let you know when they are half an hour away. So pleased with both the level of service and the finished product.

Titan One Piece Classroom Chair - (14+ Years) 460mm Seat Height
Looks like a strong stable chair.
Could do with some rubber feet to prevent deflection in the legs on laminated floors.

Teknik Siesta Executive Chair

The chair is comfy enough, but a bit smaller than you’d expect it to be. I’m 5ft 11 and the top head rest part is below my shoulders, meaning if I sit up straight I feel hunched over. Not an issue when sat working over a desk but not great when leaning back. The lean itself doesn’t go as far back as other chairs either.
Also, not sure if it’s just the one I got but one of the holes for the bolt to go in which attached the right arm rear was drilled on like a 30 degree angle, so it took me an hour of fighting with it and someone helping me to get the arm attached. Not what you expect from a £200 chair. See picture with Alan key to see the angle the screw went in at.
In conclusion if you’re going to be sat leaning over a desk, perhaps writing or studying, this chair is fine. If you’re tall and like reclining, I’d suggest buying something else to be honest.

I am very sorry that the hole did not seem to line up, that is very frustrating and certainly not something that we would expect from a Teknik chair.
With regards to the seat height, the Teknik Siesta chair is actually quite high at 690mm in comparison to a lot of chairs, and I agree that if you are tall and need extra support from a very high-back chair then this may not be the recommended chair, however, we are very happy to advise you on which would be the most suitable for any budget and recommend giving us a call.
