A little disappointed with this item, no feet on the pedestal at all, so you cannot move them easily. This may have been an oversight of mine prior to ordering.

I have contacted the manufacturer this morning for you and the casters are being sent out today.

Chair is the average office chair, though easy to put together and does the job.

Service excellent, prompt delivery and very easy to change the delivery date (by speaking to an actual person! So unusual nowadays!) Chair great, sturdy, comfortable and easy to get the right size as clear measurements on website.
