Great chairs. The only minor comment was that the courier tried to deliver these early but did not notify me which ended up as a failed delivery. This was quickly rectified by Titan

No fuss service, placed an order and they emailed me a delivery date and approx time. On the day I received a call to confirm package was on the way and they turned up on time. The two delivery men unloaded. Good service, no complaints.

This is THE best chair I have ever sat in BUT .. needed more help setting it up only the link to a video in the instructions didn't work.
