Dams Vantage 100 Operators Chair
My previous office chair was 10 years old and was beginning to get a bit threadbare! I searched for a new chair at a reasonable price and found this one. It arrived on time, was well packaged.
It was relatively easy to put together although the instructions were not particularly easy to follow - having one to dispose of helped!
Interestingly, the seat is shallower than the old one which forces me to sit with my back in the correct place which must be good for my posture.
I hope this one lasts at least 10 years when I might be too old to use it.
At the extremely reasonable price I am more than happy with this purchase.

It was quite difficult to unroll especially in view of the pointed studs but once I had flattened it out on the floor it worked fine.

'Great service let down by delivery company'
Very efficient oredering and delivery. No tracking provided, and no notification of delivery window, which could have caused problems....

I can see that our customer service team emailed you your delivery information, letting you know which day your delivery was being delivered. DPD also send their tracking information directly to customers either via email or by text message, so I am surprised to hear that you did not receive this. Sometimes the information can unfortunately go into junk mail and get missed also, so it is always worth checking this too.
I am very pleased that even though you didn't have the tracking information you were able to be in, to receive your new chair and no problems arose.

Good price, good quality chair, assembly straightforward, delivered very quickly. Only comment was that delivery company were supposed to tell me the time window for delivery, but did not. That could have gone wrong....

Placed order on Thursday, received on Friday. Excellent service! As yet, only managed to build 2 of the 3 chairs we purchased, but so far very happy. These are large chairs and feel both robust and comfortable.
