'Nautilus Luna Office Chair'
Very good, straightforward purchasing process with Office Furniture Direct with free next day delivery. Excellent communication and customer service from Claire Bartlett at OFD.
Claire emailed me to confirm my order and next day delivery via DPD.
However, DPD, did not text or email any tracking details or expected time slot on delivery day. Claire responded promptly to my email asking for help and provided me with all the necessary information.

Nautilus Luna Designer Mesh Chair
Very happy with my new chair - looks good and is comfortable in use. Represents good value for the price.
The ability to swivel the arms up and out of the way is a big plus for me - especially for guitar practice.
Clear assembly instructions provided, although attaching the back to the seat not particularly straightforward. Getting holes to line up and ensuring fixing bolts weren't cross-threaded before tightening was a bit tricky and took longer than anticipated. Otherwise, no complaints.
Also, excellent customer service from Claire at Office Furniture Direct.

Dams Vantage 100 Operators Chair
My previous office chair was 10 years old and was beginning to get a bit threadbare! I searched for a new chair at a reasonable price and found this one. It arrived on time, was well packaged.
It was relatively easy to put together although the instructions were not particularly easy to follow - having one to dispose of helped!
Interestingly, the seat is shallower than the old one which forces me to sit with my back in the correct place which must be good for my posture.
I hope this one lasts at least 10 years when I might be too old to use it.
At the extremely reasonable price I am more than happy with this purchase.
